Staff at the Gertrude B. Nielsen Center feel supported in their work because we provide them with the materials and supplies needed to engage children in meaningful learning. We give our teachers planning time by providing float staff to cover classrooms so that teacher can develop ideas to create exciting lesson plans, document children's learning and communicate with families.
